| Customized/Drop Ship Items: We offer customized adult authentic jerseys. These customized items will take approximately 3-4 weeks. These items are made to order and no returns will be accepted on any of the customized jerseys. We do not accept returns on jerseys that have been damaged due to improper care. We recommend that our jerseys be hand washed in cold water and hung dry. Do not wash in hot water or heat dry them. Jerseys damaged due to improper care will not be replaced or accepted for return. These items will be shipped via Fedex. We reserve the right to refuse t customize a name that we consider improper. |

Phone - Call us 9-5 EST 1-800-616-ROAR to place an order. Be sure to have your credit card, billing and shipping information ready and your list of items you would like to order, including size and color. We will make every attempt to make your ordering process as easy as possible and look forward to helping you place your order.
Mail - Send us your order by mail. Please be sure to include your name, full address, daytime phone number and a valid email address. Be sure to include your requested size and color for each item. Send your order to us at:

| Tracking is available for every package that we ship with Fedex (On-Line tracking available at www.fedex.com) You can track the status and delivery of your package with the ease of on-line tracking. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Postal Service via Priority Mail and tracking is not currently available for these parcels. Once your order is in transit, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you need help tracking your package, please contact us by phone at 1-800-616-ROAR. |

| Order Cancellations/Changes are possible, but not guaranteed. If you wish to cancel or to change your order, you must contact us as soon as possible by phone (1-800-616-ROAR). We cannot guarantee a cancellation or change, but will make every attempt to honor the request. Please keep in mind that most of orders are shipped in less than 24 hours. Once your order has been shipped, shipping and handling is non-refundable. Remember, there is always the option to return or exchange the merchandise for a refund minus shipping and handeling. |

| Order Discrepancies: Please check your package to verify that you have received everything you ordered. We eagerly want to resolve any discrepancies that may have taken place. Please check for any missing items, items damaged in transit, defective items or wrong sizes/colors. We must be notified of any order discrepancies within 10 days of the date of delivery. Any notification of a discrepancy more than 10 days from the date of delivery will not be considered. |

| Overnight Requests must be placed (via Phone or Online Store) by 12 PM EST in order to be received the following business day. Overnight requests that are place after 11:30 a.m. CST will be overnighted the following business day and received the first business day after that. For example, an order placed on Tuesday at 12 PM EST will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday by 5 p.m. An order placed on Tuesday at 12:30 p.m. EST will be shipped on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday by 5 p.m. PLEASE NOTE: We do NOT offer SATURDAY delivery. Orders placed before 11:30 a.m. EST on Friday will be shipped on Friday and delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. EST on Friday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. |

| Return Policy: We are happy to exchange merchandise or issue a refund for return merchandise within 30 days of receipt of your shipment (including gifts), you may return any of the following items to Online Store, for any reason, for a full refund minus shipping and handling. If you are returning an item we shipped to you in error, include the receipt for UPS Ground delivery and we will refund you for the cost of shipping. All items shipped to us MUST be in their original condition with their original tags. |

| Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding nationally recognized holidays. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday. The Lions Online store does not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. Orders are shipped via Fedex (excluding APO's and FPO's, which are shipped via the USPS - United States Postal Service). All orders shipped with Fedex will be assigned a tracking number and can be easily tracked online. Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $200.
